I believe that education is a multi-faceted process. Each student needs to experience learning in a variety of ways. This includes written work, visualization and oral presentation skills. The student cannot stand alone! Both parents and teachers need to be involved in the coaching process. Humanities is a subject that incorporates all of these skills enabling the student to become a productive citizen and life-long learner. I am a multi-faceted person who loves life and having a good sense of humor and loves to be involved in many aspects of life...I am a painter...I exhibit in the Sawdust Festival in Laguna Beach, I actively participate in a rigorous physical fitness program which includes daily walking, running, swimming and going to the gym...I play the piano and paint every day...the large palette you see me painting on is part of the holiday artists palette display during the month of December all over Laguna Beach which are hung on light posts throughout the city...this year, mine was displayed on one at the bottom of Third Street and Forest Avenue...teaching...what a great way of life!
