1. Right Click on "Diagram Support", Save Target as, "diagrams.ppt"
2. Make a Power Point presentation with a sample of each of the six diagrams.
3. File, Open "diagrams.ppt"
4. Choose a Background TEMPLATE, (No Animations)
5. View, Master, Slide Master
Complete, Name, Date, Period, Day # (see above)
Copy Completed Text Box from Title Master
6. View, Master, Slide Master, (Scroll to Slide
Master)
Paste, Completed Text Box (see above) from Title Master
7. Slide 2 is to be the home slide with the
following:
Title = "Diagram Index"
Cut and Paste each diagram icon into the chart (Please Mix
Them Up !)
8. Slides 3-8 are to be samples of each type of
diagram
The title of each slide should be "_____ Diagram", fill in
blank with
Organization, Cycle,
Radial, Pyramid,
Venn, or
Target
The diagrams should use imaginary data, but look real.
