1.  Think about your name Y, YO, YOU, YOUR, YOUR_N, YOUR_NA, etc, ... ______
     (FIRST & LAST) (( as in "MISTER POLITISKI))

2.  Start, All Programs, Macromedia, Macromedia Fireworks 8
     You will need Window, Toolbars, = Main
     You will need Window, = Tools, = Properties, = Frames
     Choose "File", "New" 600, 100, 72, White
     Choose "File", "Save as", "fwname" (.png)

3A.  Choose the Vector "Text Tool", Click on the white background
3B.  Click on "Text", "Editor..."
3C.  Choose a font, Size = approx 70,  adjust later to fill background
3D.  Choose a Rancho Blue, 0, 100, 100, 0 and alignment should be LEFT, 
        type "YOUR NAME" in caps, "OK", Adjust Location and Size to look great !
3E.  In the "Frames and History" area, double click on frame 1's "7" and 
       Change the Frame Delay to be "35", and "check on" Include When Exporting, Enter

4.  When "YOUR NAME" looks great, go to "Frames and History", Click on Options, "Duplicate Frame..."
     Number = "number of letters", "After Current Frame"

5.  Edit Frame 1 to have text ""
     Edit Frame 2 to have text "Y"
     Edit Frame 3 to have text "YO"
     Edit Frame 4 to have text "YOU"
     Edit Frame 5 to have text "YOUR"
     Edit Frame 6 to have text "YOUR_N" (skip space only frame)
     Edit Frame 7 to have text "YOUR_NA", etc, until "YOUR NAME" is spelled out

6.  Go to the bottom of the screen and click the "play" icon.  Then click the "stop" icon.

7.  Choose "Modify", "Canvas", "Canvas Color", "Transparent"
     Choose "File", "Save as", "fwname" (.png)

8.  Choose "File", "Export Wizard", "select an export format", "Continue",
     "Animated GIF", "Continue", "Export", File name: "fwname", Save as type: "Images Only"

9.  Start Microsoft FrontPage 2003, Open "rancho"
     Insert, Picture, From file, fwname, Choose Preview !
     Save As, Page title: = "Fireworks and Freehand", File name: = "rancho"
