1.   Start, All Programs, Macromedia, Macromedia Fireworks 8
      You will need Window, Toolbars, = Main
      You will need Window, = Tools, = Properties, = Frames
      Choose "File", "Open", Add Check in box marked "Open as Animation", click on warp00,
      hold down shift and click on warp09, all ten (10) files should be highlighted, click "Open"
      Choose "File", "Save as", "warp" (.png)

2.   In the "Frames and History" area, Click on frame 1, then hold down shift and 
      click on frame 10, so that all ten (10) frames are highlighted, Click on Options, "Properties..."
      Change the Frame Delay to be "35", and "check on" Include When Exporting, "Enter"

3.   Go to the bottom of the screen and click the "play" icon.

4.  Choose "File", "Save as", "warp" (.png)
     Choose "File", "Export Wizard", "select an export format", "Continue",
     "Animated GIF", "Continue", "Export", File name: "warpgif", Save as type: "Images Only", "Export"
     Choose "File", "Save as", "warp" (.png), Choose "File", "Exit"

5.  Start, All Programs, Microsoft Office, Microsoft FrontPage
     Save As, Page title: = "WinMorph Warp and Morph", File name: = "winmorph"
     Choose Format, Background, Colors Background, Pick Yellow
     Table, Insert, Table, R = 4, C= 1, Align. = Rt, Width = NO,  Name, Date, Period, Day #
     Insert, Picture, From file, warpgif, Choose Preview !
     Save As, Page title: = "WinMorph Warp and Morph", File name: = "winmorph"
