3A. Choose "File", "Import", your gif from number 1
3B. Drag the mouse to create the object on your screen, don't worry about
the size
3C. Choose "Modify", "Transform", "Numeric Transform",
"Resize", "Scale
Attributes" = checked, "Constrain Proportions" = checked
Change the height (bottom number) to 30, the width will
vary based on the original picture.

In the Properties for the picture, round the W for adding, subtracting &
dividing w/ 600
3E. In the Properties for the picture, set X = 0, Y = 3 for Right Facing
and Moving Rules
In the Properties for the picture,
set X = 600-W, Y = 3 for Left Facing and Moving Rules
3F. In the "Frames and History" area, double click on frame 1's "7" and

4. Go to "Frames and History", Click on More, "Duplicate Frame...",

Insert, Picture, From file, fwrule, Choose Preview !
