1.  Start, All Programs, Macromedia, Macromedia Flash 8, Create New, Flash Document.
     You will need Window, Toolbars, = Edit.
     You will need Window, = Tools, = Timeline.

2.  File, Save As, "flamosun", Save as type = "Flash 8 Document {*.fla}" "REPLACE".

3A.  Modify, Document, 550 x 400, BG = light blue.
3B.  Add Name, Date, Period, Day #, using the Text Tool and 20 pts.
3C.  Click on Frame 24, click "Insert", "Timeline", "Frame".
3D.  Click on "Insert", "Timeline", "Layer", Everything Else on LAYER 2 !

4.  Draw a tall red gradient filled rectangle on the left side of the frame, using the Rectangle Tool.

5.  Frame 1 is already a "Keyframe".

6.  Click on Frame 24, then click "Insert", "Timeline", "Keyframe".

7.  On Frame 1, click "Insert", "Timeline", "Create Motion Tween".

8.  On Frame 24, click "Insert", "Timeline", "Create Motion Tween".

9.    On Frame 24, Use the Free Transform Tool to ...(Do Not Double click on the rectangle ! ! ).
9A. Move the rectangle to the right side of the frame.
9B. "Modify", "Transform", "Scale and Rotate", 50%, 90°.
9C. Click once on rectangle, Change the "color" "tint" = 0, 0, 255 with 50% Tint Amount, "enter".

10. "Control", "Play" to preview your "Motion Tween".

11. File, Save As, "flamosun", Save as type = "Flash 8 Document {*.fla}".

12. Press Ctrl-Enter to play and save your flash movie.
