1.  Start, All Programs, Macromedia, Macromedia Flash 8, Create New, Flash Document.
     You will need Window, Toolbars, = Edit.
     You will need Window, = Tools, = Timeline.

2.  File, Save As, "flalayrs", Save as type = "Flash 8 Document {*.fla}" "REPLACE".

3A.  Modify, Document, 550 x 400, BG = light green
3B.  Add Name, Date, Period, Day #, using the Text Tool and 20 pts.
3C.  Click on Frame 24, click "Insert", "Timeline", "Frame"
3D.  Everything Else on OTHER LAYERS !
3E.  Click on "Insert", "Timeline", "Layer", 3 Times (x3)

4.  On Layers 2, 3, & 4 create a 3 part motion movie following below steps three times.
     You may substitute Shape Tweens for Motion Tweens, but make sure they move !

5.  On Frame 1 of each layer, create the object you wish to "Motion Tween"

6.  Frame 1 is already a "Keyframe".

7.  Click on Frame 24, then click "Insert", "Timeline", "Keyframe"

8.  On Frame 1, click "Insert", "Timeline", "Create Motion Tween"

9.  On Frame 24, click "Insert", "Timeline", "Create Motion Tween"

10.    On Frame 24, Use the Free Transform Tool to ...(Do Not Double click on the object ! ! )
10A. Move the object
10B. Rotate the object
10C. Change the size of the object
10D. Change the "color", "tint" of the object
10E.  Go Back to step 7 unless you just finished layer 4

11. Press Enter to preview your "Flash Layers"

13. File, Save As, "flalayrs", Save as type = "Flash 8 Document {*.fla}"

14. Press Ctrl-Enter to play and save your flash movie.
