Download Dolly Molly by Right-clicking on her .
Save Target As, in the My Blobs, Blobs, Blue folder.

Copy your picture and Paste in the My Blobs, Import folder.

Your picture should now be visible as a sticker.

Make your I Blob by applying sticker and paint.
