1) Open a new ball blob |
2) Turn on the Mirror Tool and a mirror plane gets added to the blob - this is so that as the nose and cheeks are made they look even on both sides |

3) Select the Point Pull Tool |
4) Select a spot in the middle to start your nose and click (but don't pull it out yet) |
5) Select the left-view arrow to turn your blob to face the left |
6) Grab the ball handle and move it around to change the position of the point pull |

7) Use the sharpness slider to change the shape of the nose to what you want |
8) Select the top right arrow to turn your blob back in to the front view

9) Select a spot on one side to pull out a nostril |
10) Use the sharpness slider to change the shape of the nostril to what you want |

11) Select the rotate icon (or hold down the right mouse button) and rotate the view of the blob slightly upward - be sure not to have your cursor over the blob (the rotate world-view cursor should be showing |
12) Select the Point Pull Tool again and select a spot for a nostril and push in to make the nostril (use the sharpness sliders to change the shape if you need to) |

13) Change back to the front view |
14) Select the Freehand Sketch Tool and draw the cheek bones

15) Select the Curve Pull Tool |

16) Select the line you just drew |
17) Select the sphere handle and pull out the curve slightly down (use the sharpness slider to adjust how the cheeks look)

18) Select the rotate icon and rotate the view to see your creation (this will also save the changes you have made) |
