0. The best and easiest way to do a powerpoint presentation is at school.
If you feel you must work at home you need to follow the
rules below, no exceptions!
1. Rancho is currently using Powerpoint 2000. This is the only version we can support !
2. All Powerpoint Projects should be saved using Powerpoint's "pack and
go" feature.
The teacher will need to take responsibility for "unpacking"
the presentation.
3. All Presentations should be emailed to the Humanities teacher, not Mr. Politiski or anywhere else.
4A. Any presentation that is not emailable, needs permission from the teacher
to be brought in.
The teacher will need to take
responsibility for virus scanning it.
The teacher will need to take
responsibility for copying it to the student directory.
The presentation needs to be on a CD-R or
floppy, Zip disks and CD-RW's are not acceptable.
4B. Every presentation needs to be tested on the actual equipment
it is going to be shown on before showing.
